Shipping Policy
Fabric is sold per yard, and in most cases will be rolled on to a
tube for delivery. In the event of a fabric order of fewer
than four yards, we may choose to flat fold the fabric and
deliver it via USPS. Discount Fabric will ship all other
fabric orders by Fed Ex or UPS. Most sample orders will be
shipped via US mail.
For our international customers, and U.S. customers ordering
from Hawaii or Alaska, we ask for additional payment based
on the dimensions and weight of your order. In many cases we
will charge considerably less than the actual freight cost.
We are happy to provide the cheapest possible shipping
method to any customer not covered in our free shipping
area.
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, and in many
instances on the same day as the order. We ship Monday
through Friday using UPS and the United States Postal
Service. If you require special shipping arrangements
outside of those normally practiced by Discount Fabric
please contact us before placing your order. Thank you for

Discount Fabric is dedicated to providing top quality fabric to our
customers at prices well below wholesale. The Fabric that
we offer are all first quality pieces purchased directly
from mills, manufacturers, and fabric houses in the United
States, Europe, and around the world.
We stand by our product. In fact, our standards are more
rigorous than industry norms. At Discount Fabric you will
not find seconds cleaned up and advertised as firsts. We buy
no fabric with more than five minor flaws per fifty yard
roll (this is 37% tougher than industry standards).
Furthermore, each piece that you buy from us is hand rolled
onto a tube and inspected for quality.
We guarantee to you that any fabric purchased from Discount
Fabric is a first quality fabric and has been hand
inspected for flaws. If you receive a fabric that falls
short of this guarantee we will replace the fabric or, if no
replacement is available, refund the amount of your
purchase.
Because we are cutting yardage off of rolls to fulfill your
order we accept no returns for reasons other than the reason
above. We invite all of our customers to order samples prior
to purchase to insure that the fabric you see on the
computer screen is suitable for your needs. These samples
are inexpensive and shipped at no charge.
Sample Return Policy

there is no exchange or return on samples.
